These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bgw69 ("bgw69," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bgw69 website located at bgw69.org, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the bgw69 registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager through bgw69, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. bgw69 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

To access real-money gaming features on bgw69, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all bgw69 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one bgw69 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

• Account Verification (KYC): bgw69 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

bgw69 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

bgw69 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on bgw69:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: bgw69 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification procedures.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions on bgw69 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal Conditions: bgw69 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bgw69 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

bgw69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: bgw69 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.

• Modification: bgw69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have accepted the offer in good faith.

All games available on the bgw69 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all bgw69 games:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgw69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using bgw69 while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one bgw69 account.
• Using bgw69 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the bgw69 Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to bgw69 support immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the bgw69 Platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to access bgw69 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bgw69 staff or other players.

All content on the bgw69 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of bgw69 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bgw69 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bgw69 Content without prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the bgw69 Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bgw69 Platform on any other website or platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bgw69 software.

Any unauthorised use of bgw69 Content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of bgw69's intellectual property rights.

bgw69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bgw69 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bgw69 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and bgw69 cannot guarantee absolute security.

bgw69 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or in connection with the investigation of suspected fraud or other illegal activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgw69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bgw69 Platform.

bgw69's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bgw69 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bgw69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bgw69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
• Protection of the integrity of the bgw69 Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bgw69 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

You may close your bgw69 account at any time by contacting bgw69 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.

bgw69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. bgw69 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bgw69 account at any time.

Your continued use of the bgw69 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. bgw69 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and bgw69, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with bgw69 support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

bgw69 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by bgw69 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
